01. INQUIRE OR REQUEST INFORMATION
After your inquiry, I review whether your project aligns with my style and services. We’ll discuss the vision, purpose of the imagery, planning, location and intended usage.
You will then receive a tailored proposal or booking confirmation. Your booking is officially secured once the agreement has been signed and the 50% deposit has been received.
02. DISCOVERY & BOOKING
Before the shoot, we align on all important details to ensure a smooth and intentional process. This includes styling, lighting, key spaces, desired shots, and practical arrangements on location.
This preparation allows us to create images that truly reflect your space and brand.
03. CREATIVE PREPARATION
On the day of the shoot, I work with a focus on light, composition and detail. Based on your selected package, the space is photographed in my signature style, after which the strongest images are carefully selected.
It’s important that the location is fully prepared and accessible, so we can make the most of our time together.
04. Time to Shoot!
After the shoot, the selected images are edited and shared through a digital contact sheet via WeTransfer. This allows you to review the imagery and request small adjustments if needed. One complimentary revision round is included.
At this stage, the final invoice will also be sent, including any additional costs such as travel expenses or extra requested services. Payment is due within 14 days.
05. PREVIEW & FEEDBACK
Once full payment has been received, the final high-resolution images will be delivered digitally via WeTransfer.
The imagery may be used according to the agreed licensing terms and intended usage. Additional image selections or extended usage rights can be arranged upon request.
06. FINAL DELIVERY & image USAGE
Workflow
A booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received and the agreement is signed. From that moment, your project is secured in my schedule. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

Do you also offer videography?
Unedited images are not delivered, as editing is an essential part of Kayéra’s visual language and final presentation. Each selected image is carefully refined to ensure a consistent and high-quality result.
Do you deliver unedited images?
For most projects, I recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks in advance. For larger or more complex projects, earlier planning is advised to secure availability.
When should I book a shoot?
Yes — usage rights for agreed commercial use are included. If additional licensing or publication usage is required, this can be discussed beforehand depending on the project scope.
Can the images be used commercially?
I don’t offer full styling services, but I do guide composition, visual balance and small details during the shoot to ensure the final imagery feels refined and cohesive.
Do you also provide styling?

How does pricing work?
